Stress Test

A treadmill stress test is a safe, non-invasive diagnostic procedure that evaluates your heart's performance under controlled physical exertion. During the test, you will walk on a motorized treadmill while we continuously monitor your electrocardiogram (ECG), heart rate, and blood pressure.

What does it evaluate:

  • Changes in your ECG that may indicate myocardial ischemia (lack of oxygen reaching the heart muscle)

  • Underlying cause of symptoms such as chest discomfort or shortness of breath

  • Your body’s blood pressure response to exercise

  • Your exercise capacity and functional tolerance

  • The presence of arrhythmias triggered by exertion

Benefits of the Stress Test:

  • Non-invasive and widely accessible

  • Provides immediate, actionable clinical insights

  • Helps avoid unnecessary invasive procedures when results are normal

  • Guides personalized treatment and lifestyle recommendations

Schedule your stress test today and take a proactive step toward optimizing cardiovascular health.
